介绍了饮水机后盖注塑模设计过程。利用Pro∕E软件对塑料件进行了三维造型,整个模架设计都在Pro∕E的外挂模块EMX里完成,在EMX中可以加载标准件,同时可快捷地将3D图转化为2D图,为模具设计节省了大量时间,提高了设计效率。对注塑模结构、典型构件的设计进行了详细介绍,并介绍了注塑件的成型工艺。
The rapid injection mold design of dispenser back cover was introduced.The plastic parts were three-dimensionally modeled based on Pro / E.The entire mold was designed based on Pro / E plug-in module EMX.Standard parts could be loaded in EMX, the 3D map could be shortcut into 2D drawings, a lot of time for mold design was saved, design efficiency was improved.The structure of injection mold, and the design of components were introduced in detail.And the molding process of injection molded parts was introduced.
