摘要
眼动脱敏和再加工(eye movement desensitization and reprocessing,EMDR)是一种较新的心理干预方法。该方法通过反复眼动和活化大脑这一自动信息处理系统,并通过再加工过程,产生认知重建,恢复大脑信息加工系统的平衡。文章分析了EMDR的技术特点,考察了EMDR在创伤后应激障碍(PTSD)治疗中的应用及其疗效。
Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing （EMDR） is a relatively new method of psychological intervention. The method can recover the balance of brain information processing system by the repeated eye movement which can activate the automatic information processing system of brain, and by the reprocessing course which can produce the cognitive reconstruction. The article analyzes the characteristics of EMDR, and inspects the application and the curative effect of EMDR in posttraumatic stress disorder （PTSD） treatment.
