摘要
妊娠压力对孕妇的心理健康状况会产生重要影响，本研究对妊娠压力量表进行初步的修订和信效度检验．试图找到一种用于测量孕妇妊娠压力的有效工具。研究共选取406名单胎、孕周在24～33周的孕妇，数据通过自我报告获得。结果发现：各项目与总分之间的积距相关在0．34—0．68之间，项目鉴别力较好；全量表的内部一致性系数为0．90，信度较好；探索性因素发现存在3个因子，分别是担心母子健康和安全而引发的压力感、认同母亲角色而引发的压力感、担心身体外形和身体功能的改变而引发的压力感，共可以解释总体方差的45．57％。同时，妊娠压力与心理健康、焦虑特质以及婚姻冲突均呈显著的正相关．效标效度较高。一些人口学变量，如孕妇的生育史、怀孕计划都会对妊娠压力产生显著影响。
Pregnancy stress exerts far-reaching influence on pregnant women＇s psychological well-being. The purpose of the present study was to examine the reliability and validity of the Pregnancy Stress Rating Scale （PSRS）. 406 pregnant women during their 24-33weeks pregnancy were administrated by Chinese version of PSRS. Results indicated that the item discrimination was ranging from 0.34-0.68 and the reliability of the scale was 0.90. The EFA results revealed that there were three factors, with factor loadings between 0.34-0.68, and contributing 45.57% of the total variances. In addition, the scale was associated with marital conflicts, mental health and trait anxiety. Demographic variables such as reproductive history and pregnancy plans were significant predictors of pregnancy stress.
