心脏骤停心肺复苏成功患者发生肾功能损伤的临床分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究心脏骤停复苏成功患者复苏后肾功能的发生情况。方法对我院2009—2012年间心脏骤停复苏成功的患者按心脏停搏时间分为A组(≤10min)和B组(〉10min),对两组患者复苏后肾功能情况进行观察,测定血肌酐(Ccr)、尿素氮(BUN)等水平变化情况。结果两组患者血BUN、Scr水平在复苏后即刻差异无显著陛(P〉0.05),复苏后3d内两组患者血BUN、Scr、尿RBC计数均呈现先上升后下降的变化趋势,在2d达高峰后逐渐下降,两组尿蛋白阳性率呈逐渐下降趋势。A组BUN、Scr升高程度和峰值、尿RBC计数、尿蛋白率等始终低显著于B组(P〈0.05)。结论心脏骤停后心肺复苏成功患者多存在肾功能损伤,且心脏停搏时间越长,损伤程度越严重。 Objective To study the renal function injury status after cardio pulmonary resuscitation (CPR). Methods 46 cardiac arrest patients after CPR were divided according to the arrest time as group A(≤ 10min) and group B( 〉 10min). The 2 groups were observed in terms of serum creatinine (Scr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and etc. Results The BUN, Scr, urine RBC of both groups showed a trend of ascending first and descending then, the peak appeared after 2 days. The urine protein rate of both groups decreased from the first day. Group A had a lower level of BUN, Scr, urine RBC and urine protein rate than those of group B (P〈0.05). Conclusions The cardiac arrest patients after CPR commonly have renal function injury and the longer the heart stops the more severe the injury is.
