摘要
目的探讨经皮微创锁定加压钢板内固定治疗四肢粉碎性骨折的临床疗效及安全性。方法将104例患者分成观察组和对照组各52例,分别给予经皮微创锁定加压钢板内固定术和传统切开复位内固定术治疗,观察两组优良率。结果观察组的优良率为98.08%,明显高于对照组的82.69%(P〈0.05);观察组手术时间、骨折愈合时间均短于对照组(P〈0.05);观察组术中出血量明显少于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论经皮微创锁定加压钢板内固定治疗四肢粉碎性骨折安全稳定、疗效显著。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of percutaneously minimally invasive LCP and internal fixation on the treatment of eomminuted fracture in limbs. Methods 104 cases were equally divided into the observation group and the control group, treated with percutaneously minimally invasive LCP and internal fixation and open reduction and internal fixation respectively. The excellent rate of both groups were observed. Results The excellent rate of the observation group was 98.08%, significantly higher than that of the control group as 82.69% (P〈0.05). As for the observation group, its operation time and healing time of fracture were both shorter than those of the control group (P〈0.05). And its amount of bleeding during the operation was significantly less than that of the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Percutaneously minimally invasive LCP and internal fixation is safe, stable and effective in the treatment of comminuted fracture in limbs.
