系统护理模式在慢性乙型肝炎患者中的临床应用研究

目的探讨系统护理模式在慢性乙型肝炎患者中的临床应用价值。方法选取2011年11月至2012年11月期间，我院所收治的慢性乙型肝炎患者184例，将患者随机分为研究组和对照组，每组92例，两组患者均给予一般常规护理，而研究组患者则在此基础上加用系统化的护理干预模式，分别比较和分析两组患者的遵医行为和心理健康状况。结果研究组患者配合治疗、合理饮食、规律生活、掌握相关知识等积极遵照医嘱的比率较对照组患者均显著改善和提高，且差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；研究组患者的焦虑（SAS）评分（33．47±6．12）和抑郁（SDS）评分（35．63±7．04）较对照组患者均明显降低，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论系统护理干预模式对慢性乙型肝炎患者遵医行为和心理健康状况的改善均具有显著的辅助治疗价值。

Objective To explore the chnical application value of the system nursing model for patients with chronic hepatitis. Methods 184 chronic hepatitis B patients in our hospital were selected from November 2011 to November 2012. The patients were divided into study group and control group randomly, 92 cases in each group. All patients were given routine care in general. The patients in study group were given systematic nursing model intervention. The compliance behavior and mental health status of patients in two groups were compared and analyzed. Results Compared with control group, the treatment, reasonable diet, regular life, ac- quire the relevant knowledge to actively follow doctors rates of patients in study group were improved and en- hanced significantly, there was statistical significant difference （P〈 0.05）. Compared with control group, the SAS scores and SDS score of patients in study group were significantly lower, and mental health status was improved significantly, showing statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The systematic nursing inter- ventions model has a significant value of adjuvant therapy for improving the compliance behavior and mental health status of patients with chronic hepatitis B.
