新入校理工类研究生心理健康状况

Mental health status of scientific and technological postgraduate freshmen

目的了解理工类新入学研究生的心理健康状况,为高校开展心理辅导及后续研究提供参考。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90),对整群抽取的上海理工大学2 505名研究生新生进行调查。结果 4.19%的研究生新生具有中等程度的SCL-90因子症状,具有强迫、人际关系、饮食睡眠和抑郁中等症状的研究生比例较高,均超过1%;性别、独生子女、专业满意度和家庭来源对SCL-90有显著影响;性别和专业满意度、年级和家庭结构、独生子女和家庭来源地、专业满意度和家庭结构均对新入校研究生心理健康水平有交互作用。结论新入学理工类研究生心理状况较为健康,强迫、人际关系、饮食睡眠和抑郁是主要表现问题,部分新生群体需要关注。

Objective To explore the mental health status of scientific and technological postgraduate freshmen,and to provide reference for the further study.Methods A total of 2 505 postgraduate freshmen of one scientific and technological university with the Symptom Check List 90（SCL-90）.Results About 4.19% postgraduate freshmen had medium symptom.The ratios of medium symptom with compulsion,depression,diet-sleep,interpersonal sensitivity were relatively high and all exceeded 1%.Gender,the only child,major satisfaction,family origin had significant influence on SCL-90 scores;gender and major satisfaction,grade and family structure,the only child and family origin,major satisfaction and family structure all had significant interaction effects on the total mental health status.Conclusion The mental health status of scientific and technological postgraduate freshmen are better.The main problems are compulsion,interpersonal sensitivity,diet-sleep and depression.The mental health status of certain freshmen should be paid more attention.
