卫辉市中小学生营养现状调查分析

Nutritional Status of Primary and Secondary School Students in Weihui City

目的了解河南省卫辉市中小学生的营养状况,为开展学校卫生保健工作提供依据。方法依据2011-2012学年卫辉市46 511名6～15岁小学、初中学生体检资料,根据身高标准体重值,进行营养状况分析。结果该市中小学生营养不良、较低体重、肥胖、超重检出率依次为7.17%、45.60%、6.60%和3.75%;学生营养不良、较低体重合并检出率有城乡、性别差异,以农村男女学生为甚,其次为城区男生、城区女生,检出率以次为56.14%、55.28%、50.58%和45.07%。结论卫辉市中小学学生特别是农村学生营养不良、较低体重状况较重,应采取积极有效的措施实施进行干预。

Objective To study the nutritional status of primary and secondary school students in Weihui city,Henan province,so as to provide basis for improving health-care in schools.Methods According to the physical examination data of primary and secondary students in Weihui city during 2011-2012 academic year,physical health indicators of which were statistically analyzed.Results Totally 46 511 students within 6-15 years old were examined.Detect rates of malnutrition,low weight status,obesity and over weight were respectively 7.17%,45.6%,6.60% and 3.75%.Additionally,it showed significant differences with respect of areas and gender when combining the detection rates of malnutrition and low weight.The combined detection rates of schoolboys and schoolgirls in rural areas and urban areas were 56.14%,55.28%,50.58% and 45.07%,respectively.Conclusion Malnutrition and low weight are prevalent in primary and secondary students,especially the rural ones.
