摘要
移动互联网的应用作为促进顾客价值实现的重要影响因素,逐步改变企业的价值经营活动,具有普遍意义。本文以移动互联网作为主要影响因素,在阐述顾客价值理论的基础上,结合移动互联网的特征,梳理了价值链、价值网以及动态价值网的概念和内涵,提出了一种移动商务下的动态顾客价值模型,探讨了模型的结构和组成,讨论了模型内部的协调运行和管理机制,并以结信网络的无线音乐搜索业务发展进行案例分析。
The application of the mobile internet is a significant factor to the realization of the customer value,it changes the value of the enterprise business activity gradually and has the general significance.This paper regards mobile internet as a main influent factor,bases on the theory of customer value,combines with the characteristics of mobile internet,combing the relationships between value chain,value net and dynamic value net and puts forward a dynamic customer value model based on the mobile internet,and explores the structure and composition of the model and the internal coordinal operation and management mechanism,finally carries out the case study using JieXin’s wireless network music search business development.
