组织变革动能对BIM技术采纳的影响机理实证研究 被引量:13

摘要 基于组织变革动能研究文献,结合技术接受模型(TAM)和技术-组织-环境框架理论(TOE),构建了组织变革动能对BIM技术采纳影响机理模型。基于调查数据,采用结构方程模型方法对该模型进行了实证和解析。结果表明:组织变革动能由管理支持、技术设施支持和组织能力三个因素构成,其通过感知易用性和感知有用性对BIM采纳意向显著间接影响;控制变量外部支持、外界压力分别对BIM技术感知易用性、感知有用性有显著影响,而均对组织变革动能无显著影响。
