Obtaining spatial data is an important part of the overall work of China water census, this paper describes the spatial data organization and processing methods of the first China water census in Jiangsu Province. On the basis of understanding the differences, the author found a solution to improve data and data efficient transformation to get the final Standardized data by means of analyzing the difference between Specification Template with self-collected data. Finally, the author exolored the orocess to deal with the soatial data.
