摘要
Bt是转基因抗虫玉米育种应用的主要外源基因,包含编码杀虫晶体蛋白(ICPs)的Cry类和Cyt类基因,以及编码营养期杀虫蛋白(Vip)的vip类基因。迄今已有40余种转Bt基因玉米事件被26个国家批准进入商业化种植或饲料食品加工。目前,Bt基因研发仍在进行,并逐步向分离克隆和改造新基因以及构建高效表达载体方向发展。转Bt基因育种工程逐渐扩大靶标昆虫抗性范围,并向复合性状抗虫玉米发展。转化技术亦向高效化和安全化发展。综述了Bt基因作用机理、转Bt基因玉米研发及应用,拟为我国转Bt基因抗虫玉米研发提供参考。
Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) is the important exogenous genes for transgenic corn breeding for insect re- sistance, which contains code insecticidal crystal protein (ICPs) Cry and Cyt gene, as well as code vegetative phase insecticidal protein gene (Vip).
