鸡粪不同利用方式对大白菜品质及重金属含量的影响 被引量:6

Effects of Different Utilization of Chicken Manure on the Quality and Heavy Metal Content of Chinese Cabbage

摘要 以大白菜"丰抗70"为试材,筛选既能提高其品质又能减少重金属累积的鸡粪利用方式,以复合肥(T1)为对照,采用随机区组试验研究了鸡粪(T2),鸡粪、锯末、粉煤灰堆肥(T3),鸡粪、锯末堆肥(T4)对大白菜品质及重金属含量的影响。结果表明,施用鸡粪的T2、T3、T4处理的大白菜可溶性糖、粗纤维和粗蛋白(T2除外)含量较对照平均增加15.6%、20.3%、18.7%,硝酸盐含量明显下降,平均幅度达14.8%;Cd、As含量比对照有较大幅度的增加。在3种鸡粪处理中,T3、T4处理的可溶性糖含量、粗蛋白含量较T2高,硝酸盐、粗纤维含量较T2低,T3、T4处理间则差异不明显;Pb、Cd、As的含量均以T3最低,较T4和T2分别下降14.8%、16.1%、20.5%和21.7%、26.2%、27.6%。根据试验结果,认为施用掺入粉煤灰进行堆沤的鸡粪(T3)不仅能减少大白菜对重金属的累积,还能实现其品质的最优化。 Chinese cabbage ' Fengkang and reducing heavy metal accumulation 70' was used in this study to select the best way of improving its quality when different utilizations of chicken manure were used. A compound fertil- izer (T1 ) was used as a control, a randomized block design with three treatments was carried out in this study. The three treatments were chicken manure (Tz ), chicken manure compost mixed with sawdust and coal ash(T3 ), chick- en manure compost mixed with sawdust ( T4 ). The results showed that the average contents of soluble sugar, crude fi- ber and crude protein ( except T2 ) of T2, T3, T4 respectively increased by 15.6%, 20.3 %, 18.7 % than the con- trol. The average nitrate content decreased by 14.8% than the control. The contents of Cd and As increased greatly. Among the three treatments, soluble sugar and crude protein contents of T3, T4 were higher than T2, but nitrate and crude fiber contents were lower than T2, and meanwhile T3 had almost no difference with T4 in these items. In addi- tion,the contents of Pb,Cd,As of T3 were the lowest among the three treatments which were lowered by 14.8%, 16. 1% ,20. 5% ,respectively than T4 ,and by 21.7% ,26.2% ,27.6% ,respectively than T2. According to these re- sults, T3 was considered as the best utilization way among these treatments.
