北京地区花生引进品种的品质性状分析及评价 被引量:5

Study on Characteristics of Quality of Different Types of Peanut Varieties in Beijing

摘要 选用13个大粒花生品种和6个中粒花生品种,在京郊4个花生产区种植并对其品质性状进行研究。结果表明:中粒花生品种的蛋白质含量比大粒花生高出2.1%;大粒花生品种河北2号的蛋白质含量(30.7%)最高,中粒花生品种山花8号蛋白质含量(33.4%)最高;大粒花生花育25号和农大060的脂肪含量(49.2%)最高,中粒花生中花育20的脂肪含量(49.6%)最高;大粒花生品种的产量高于中粒花生,中粒花生品种的蛋白质、脂肪含量高于大粒花生,但大粒花生的油酸/亚油酸比值高于中粒花生。大粒花生濮科花9519、花育25号、豫花9327和河北2号,中粒花生品种河北1号、花育26和花育20号,适宜在北京地区推广种植。 In this paper, 13 big-grained peanut varieties and 6 medium-grained peanut varieties planted four flower production area in the suburbs of Beijing were selected to study their production and quality traits. The results showed that : the protein content of medium-grained peanut varieties was higher than the big-grained peanut varieties by 2. 1% ;the highest protein content in big-grained peanut varieties was Hebei 2 (30.7%), in medium-grained peanut varieties was Shanhua No. 8 (33.4%). The highest fat content in big-grain peanut was Huayu 25 and Nong- da 060 (49.2%) ;in medium-grained peanuts was Huayu 20 (49.6%). The yield of big-grained peanuts was high- er than the medium-grained peanuts. The medium-grained peanut varieties protein and fat content were higher than the big-grained peanuts, but the big-grained peanuts O/L acid ratio was higher than the medium-grained peanuts. The cultivation of the big-grained peanuts Pukehua 9519, Huayu 25, Yuhua 9327, and Hebei 2, midium-grained peanut, Hebei 1, Huayu 26 and Huayu 20 was appropriate in Beijing.
