摘要 为了有效提高高速公路质量综合管理水平和控制效率,实现有效监管和闭合控制,针对项目质量控制的关键环节如原材料质量保证、混合料的拌和生产、施工配合比、料车路线及位置、路面现场摊铺、碾压等,研发了一套高速公路质量管理综合监控平台。平台整合了视频图像无线传输技术、车牌识别技术、全球定位系统、GPRS无线传输和自动实时监测技术。它具备收集、分析和比较原材料的生产、运输、摊铺、测试数据和重点项目现场状况数据的功能,并根据事先设定允许范围给予适时警告。建设单位、监理单位、施工单位根据各自不同的权限登录系统,查看所有关键部位监控点动态数据,及时有效推动了业主单位对项目的管理职能。所研究的质量综合监控管理模式,实现了先进的信息技术与传统的高速公路施工管理的有机结合,是高速公路智能化、信息化的创新。 In order to effectively improve comprehensive management level of expressway quality and controlling efficiency, achieve effective monitoring and closed control, we developed the expressway quality management comprehensive monitoring platform which strictly controls the key construction process of quality management such as ensuring the raw materials quality, mixing the mixture, determining the mix proportion, setting the skip car's route and position, and the spot paving and rolling of the expressway. The platform integrated various technologies which contain the technology of the video image wireless transformation, the technology of vehicle license plate recognition, Global Positioning System ( GPS ) , and the technologies of GPRS wireless transformation and automatic real-time monitoring. The platform has various functions including collecting, analyzing and comparing the raw materials during its production, transportation, paving, data testing and spot situation data of key projects. The platform also can sound a due warning according to the pre-set allowed range. The development units, construction control units and the construction units have the right of login the system according to the different authorities to check the monitoring station's dynamic data of all key parts. As a result, it rapidly improved the project management of the owner. We researched the expressway quality comprehensive monitoring management mode, effectively integrated the advanced infornation technology and the traditional expressway construction management, thus achieved the innovation of expressway intelligentization and informationization.
