循环经济模式下的连续型交通网络设计模型与灵敏度分析 被引量:3

A Model of Continuous Transportation Network Design Based on Cyclic Economy and Sensitivity Analysis

摘要 连续型交通网络设计问题是研究如何用定量的方法在已有交通网络上扩容某些路段的问题。基于循环经济的核心思想,提出了同时考虑路网系统阻抗最小化、资源节约、环境保护及用户出行行为的双层规划模型,以解决网络设计可能出现的Braess诡异现象和尾气排放悖论问题。为保证模型的求解精度,采用改进的遗传算法对模型进行了求解,并应用Matlab语言开发了相应的算法程序。通过算例分析对模型与算法的有效性进行了验证。针对模型实际应用时的参数值选取问题,对模型做了灵敏度分析。分析结果表明,模型参数的选取方法可为实际路网规划提供借鉴。 Continuous transportation network design problem deals with how to improve the capacity of some links on existing networks using quantitative analysis method. In order to solve the problems of possible Braess paradoxical phenomena and emission paradox during network design, a bi-level programming model considering impedance minimization, resource conservation, environment protection and user behavior based on the thought of cyclic economy is presented. In order to ensure the accuracy of the presented model, the modified genetic algorithm is adopted to solve the model, and Matlab language is utilized to develop the corresponding program. The effectiveness of the model and algorithm is proved through numerical example analysis. In view of the parameter value selection in model is performed.
