我国农村寄宿制学校发展趋势及特征的实证分析——基于五省部分县(市)的调查数据 被引量:4

An Empirical Analysis about Growing Trend and Basic Characters of the Rural Boarding School’s Developing:Based on the Investigation of Some Counties in Five Provinces

摘要 调查显示,我国农村寄宿制学校的规模不断扩大,呈现出由西向东逐渐推进的趋势;生源构成中低龄寄宿趋势明显,留守儿童比例显著上升;寄宿制学校食宿条件不断改善,寄宿生生活质量有了明显提高;学校师资得到有力整合,教师整体水平明显提高。宏观把握农村寄宿制学校的特征及发展趋势,对于促进其规范化管理意义重大。 Survey show that,the scale of rural boarding school is expanding,and the tendency from West to East is very obvious;among all boarding students,young students and left-behind children increased significantly;accommodation conditions in boarding school continue to improve nowadays,quality of boarding school life improve obviously;the teacher resources got integration efficiency,the overall level of the teachers improve significantly.Grasping the characteristics and tendency of rural boarding school play very important role on standard management of rural boarding school.
