马铃薯疮痂病菌毒素对萝卜幼苗生长的影响

摘要 为探求马铃薯疮痂病菌的致病机制,本研究通过乙酸乙酯萃取、薄层层析等技术提取马铃薯疮痂病菌致病毒素,用其处理萝卜幼苗后,观察萝卜幼苗组织形态变化。结果表明:2.20、7.49 mg/mL毒素处理下萝卜幼苗茎、根生长受到明显抑制,2.20、7.49 mg/mL毒素处理对萝卜茎的生长抑制率分别为59.26%、81.64%,对萝卜根的生长抑制率分别为91.64%、100%;显微观察发现,疮痂毒素处理后萝卜幼苗根、茎表皮细胞形态发生改变,且随着毒素浓度的增大,茎表皮细胞长度逐渐减小,宽度逐渐增大;萝卜幼苗叶片经毒素处理3 d后出现褐色小点,并出现不同程度腐烂,叶表皮肾形保卫细胞变褐死亡。
