摘要 植物内生菌拥有特殊的生态环境、代谢途径和生物活性,是结构新颖、活性多样的天然产物的重要来源。本研究综述了苦楝内生菌多样性、次生代谢产物及其生物活性,并据此提出了关于苦楝内生菌研究的一些问题,以期为苦楝内生菌的开发利用提供参考。 Endophytes' specific ecology,metabolism and bioactivities make themselves as an important treasure for structurally novel bioactive natural products.Recent advances on the biodiversity,metabolites and bioactive of endophyte associated with Melia azedarach were summarized in this article.Some problems about the study of endophyte were brought forward,it was hoped to provide some references to the resource exploitations of the endophytic fungi associated with Melia azedarach.
