综采工作面液压支架作为掩护支架快速回撤技术研究 被引量:34

Study on Rapid Equipment Withdrawing Technology with Hydraulic Powered Support of Fully Mechanized Coal Mining Face as Shield Support

摘要 文章以车集煤矿2701综采工作面支架回撤为例,研究了利用原工作面液压支架作为掩护支架支护的快速回撤技术,并与2707工作面采用单体支柱配合π型梁支护的普通回撤技术的应用效果进行对比,结果表明,采用原工作面液压支架作为掩护支架实现工作面快速回撤技术在支护效果、施工工艺、回撤工期及材料消耗上具有显著优势,可实现工作面的安全高效回撤,保证工作面的正常接替。 Base on the hydraulic powered support withdrawing from No. 2701 fully mechanized coal mining face in Cheji Mine as a case, the paper studied that the hydraulic powered supports in the previous coal mining face were applied to be the shield supports for the rapid withdrawing technology. The paper had a comparison with the application effect of the conventional withdrawing technology with the hydraulic props and the "rr type beam support applied in No. 2707 coalmining face. The results showed that the application of the hydraulic powered supports applied ira the previous coal mining face as the shield support for the rapid withdrawing technology of the coal mining face equipment would have remarkable advantages of the support effect, constnaction technique, withdrawing time limit and material consumption and could realize a safety and high efficient withdrawing of the coal mining face in order to ensure the normal replacement of the coal mining face.
