摘要
研究了5种不同肥料对辣椒产量和品质的影响,结果表明:与施化肥相比,有机肥复合肥、锌肥、磷肥和氨基酸叶面肥均能增加辣椒产量;有机肥复合肥和锌肥能降低VC和硝酸盐含量、提高可溶性糖含量、改善辣椒品质;磷酸二氢钾能增加辣椒中VC、可溶性糖和硝酸盐含量,降低纤维素含量;氨基酸叶面肥减少了辣椒中VC和纤维素含量,提高了可溶性糖和硝酸盐含量,且对辣椒品质均有改善作用。
The effects of five kinds of different fertilizers on the yield and quality of pepper were studied. The result showed that： as compared with the chemical fertilizer, organic compound fertilizer, zinc fertilizer, phosphate fertilizer and amino acid foliar fertilizer all could increase the yield of pepper, and improve the quality of pepper. Organic compound fertilizer and zinc fertilizer could decrease the content of vitamin C （Vc ） and nitrate, and increase soluble sugar content. Potassium dihydrogen phosphate could increase the content of Vc, soluble sugar and nitrate, and reduce cellulose content in pepper. Amino acid foliar fertilizer re-duced the content of Vc and cellulose, and increased the content of soluble sugar and nitrate.
