摘要
以未萌发的秋福树莓腋芽为外植体,进行了组织培养和快速繁殖研究。结果表明:MS+BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA0.2 mg/L为最佳的分化培养基;MS+BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L为最佳的增殖培养基;1/2MS+IBA 1.0 mg/L+细沙+珍珠岩为较经济、适宜的生根培养基。
The techniques of tissue culture and rapid propagation of Autumn Bliss in Rubus were studied by using its uugermi-nated axiUary buds as explants. The results showed that MS + BA 2.0 mg/L + NAA 0.2 mg/L was the best differentiation medium, MS + BA 1.0 mg/L + NAA 0.2 mg/L was the best proliferation medium, and 1/2MS + IBA 1.0 mg/L + fine sand + perlite was more economic and Suitable rooting medium.
