加工萝卜品种筛选与加工特性研究

Study on Screening of Processing-type Radish Varieties and Their Processing Features

通过不同季节萝卜品种比较试验,筛选出适宜不同季节种植的萝卜品种9个(雪单1号、雪玉春、蜀萝8号、夏白王、天鸿春、晶光萝卜、心里美萝卜、喜诺萝卜、038A/C9274)。不同季节萝卜品种均可用于加工,加工产品有泡制、盐渍、配菜、速成泡菜,但不同加工产品对萝卜品种有一定的要求。

Nine suitable radish varieties were screened out by comparison tests of different seasonal radish varieties, and they were Xuedan No. 1, Xueyuchun, Shuluo No. 8, Xiabaiwang, Tianhongchun, Jingguang radish, Xinlimei radish, Xinuo radish, and 038A/C9274. The above screened different seasonal radish varieties could be used for processing, and their processing products included infused pickle, salting sauerkraut, collocation pickle and crash pickle. However, different processing products have certain requirements to radish varieties.
