中部四省反刍动物饲料发展趋势与对策研究——兼论“5个重要指标”的指导作用

Research on Developmental Trend and Strategies of Ruminant Animal Feed in Four Central Provinces of China: Discussing Simultaneously Guidance of Five Key Indicators

以王加启(2011)提出的"决定我国奶业发展方向的5个重要指标"为指导,在大量调研的基础上,系统分析了中部四省(河南、湖北、湖南与江西)的社会发展概况、主要反刍动物饲养现状与发展趋势、天然牧草资源、秸秆资源与反刍动物工业饲料生产情况,指出了制约中部四省反刍动物发展的饲草因素。此外,还阐明了中部四省反刍动物饲料可持续发展的政策保障,提出了中部四省反刍动物饲料可持续发展的对策。本研究强调了反刍动物粗饲料与精饲料的同等地位以及饲料转化率的重要意义。

Based on the guidance of ＂five key indicators leading the developmental direction of Chinese dairy industry＂ pro-posed by WANG Jia-qi （2011 ）, and a large amount of investigation, the study systemically analyzed the general social develop-ment situation, feeding situation and developmental tendency of main ruminant animals, status of natural forage resources and straw resources, and production situation of industrial feed for ruminant animal of four central provinces （ Henan, Hubei, Hunan and Jian-gxi） in China, and pointed out the forage factors which restricted the development of ruminant animal in the four central provinces. In addition, the author also discussed the policy and strategies for the sustainable development of ruminant feed in the four central provinces. This study emphasized the equal status of roughage and concentrated feed as well as the important significance of feed conversion rate.
