该文依据循环经济理论,探索了在中原经济区背景下河南省农业发展现状,指出了循环农业对河南省中原经济区建设的重要战略意义,阐述了河南省发展循环农业的基本思路及发展模式,并提出了发展循环农业的相关建议。

According to the circulation economic theory, this paper discussed the present situation of agricultural development in Henan province under the background of constructing central economic zone, pointed out the important strategic significance of circulating agriculture for the construction of central economic zone in Henan province, focused on the basic ideas and developmental modes of circulating agriculture in Henan province, and put forward some suggestions for its further development.
