踝关节骨折的早期手术疗效分析

Analysis on Effect of Early Operation of Ankle Fracture.

目的 :探讨踝关节骨折的早期手术对踝关节功能恢复的影响。方法 :对 5 6例踝关节严重损伤行早期手术 ,早期功能锻炼 ,促进关节功能恢复的结果进行分析。结果 :随访 5 2例 ,时间 4月～ 7年 ,优 38例 ,良 10例 ,尚可 4例 ,优良率 92 .1%。结论 :作者认为 ,对踝关节损伤早期手术治疗 ,坚固的内固定 ,早期功能锻炼 ,可使骨折达精确的解剖复位 ,有利于关节功能的恢复 ,降低创伤性关节炎的发生。

Objects:To study the effect of ankle function restoration in ankle fractures with early operation.Methods:To analyse the result of 56 cases of ankle fractures that treated with early operation and early function exercise to improve ankle function restoration.Results:52 cases were followed upfor 4 months to 7 years.38 patients were graded in excellent,10 good and 4 fair.The excellent and good rate was as high as 92.1%.Conclusions:It is believed that ankle fracture was treated with early operation and early function exercise with anatomical reduction and stable fixation to improve function restoration and decrease traumatic arthristis.
