The appeal institution of jurisdiction challenge stipulated by law is to provide effective judicial remedy for parties concerned,but abused frequently in judicial practice.Therefore,this paper,based on the empirical observation of implementation of the institution and with its values as the research point,analyses the characteristics,problems and causes of the institution abusement,and finally concludes with the discussion of how to regulate the abusement.
