长期低浓度硫化氢接触对职工心电图的影响

The effect on the ECG result of workers exposed to long term low concentration H_2S

目的 探讨长期低浓度 H2 S接触对心血管系统的影响。方法 采用病例对照研究对某炼油厂 34 1名从业人员的心电图检查结果进行分析。结果 观察组心电图异常率 (39.30 %)高于对照组 (2 2 .18%) ,其中窦性心律不齐、窦性心动过缓、心电轴偏移在观察组与对照组间差异有显著性。观察组中女性心电图异常率 (5 4.5 5 %)高于男性 (30 .91%)。观察组中女性心电图异常率(5 4.5 5 %)高于对照组 (2 0 .2 2 %) ,差异有显著性 (χ2 =2 5 .17,P <0 .0 1) ;而观察组与对照组中男性心电图异常率差异无显著性 (χ2 =3.32 ,P >0 .0 5 )。年龄越轻 ,工龄越短 ,心电图异常率越高。结论 长期低浓度 H2 S接触对职工心血管系统有较严重的影响 ,尤其是女工 ;心电图检查可作为该类从业人员健康监护的常规检查项目。

Objective To discuss the effect on the ECG result of workers exposed to long term low concentration H 2S. Methods Case control study. Results The differences of the abnormal ECG rats, sinus arrhythmia, and axis deviation were significant between observational group and control group(P<0.05). Among observational group the female's abnormal ECG rate was higher than the male's(χ 2=18.28, P<0.01). The female's abnormal ECG rate of the observational group was higher than that of the control group(χ 2=25.17, P<0.01). Conclusions It is harmful for the heart vasculature system of the workers (especially female workers) who are exposed to long term low concentration H 2S.
