166例左向右分流型先天性心脏病左心室功能的研究

A study on the function of left ventricle among 166 cases with left right shunt congenital heart disease

目的 分析左向右分流型先天性心脏病左心室功能。方法 利用多普勒超声心动图 ,选择反映左心室功能的部分指标进行无创性检测。结果 左向右分流型先心左室收缩功能和舒张功能均可能受损 ,收缩功能降低甚于舒张功能 ,其测定值的高低与心功能不全、心脏大小等有关 ,而与心率快慢、心律失常关系不大。结论 诊治左向右分流型先心合并心力衰竭时应兼顾心脏的收缩与舒张功能。

Objective To analyse function of left ventricle among patients with left right shunt congenital heart disease. Methods Ultrasonic Dopple cardiograph was used to detect some indice reflecting the function of left ventricle. Results Systolic and diastolic function of left ventricle might be impaired among patients with left right shunt congenital heart disease, furthermore, the systolic function dropped more than diastolic function. Functional indice were related with cardiac insufficioncy and the size of heart, while there were not relationship between functional indices and heart rate or arrhythmia. Conclusions We must pay attention to survey systolic and diastolic function while treating left right shunt congenital heart disease complicated with heart failure.
