慢性肾炎各肾功能与脂质变化的关系及临床意义

Plasma Lipids Levels In Different Renal Functions With Chronic Glomerulonephritis Patients And Its Clinical Significance

通过对 6 1名不同肾功能的慢性肾炎患者胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)、载脂蛋白 A(Apo A )及载脂蛋白(Apo B)和高密度脂蛋白 (HDL - ch)、低密度脂蛋白 (L DL - ch)的测定 ,并与正常对照组 40例比较。发现慢性肾炎各期患者血清 TG、L DL- ch明显升高 ,HDL- ch、Apo A 下降 ,这些改变以慢性肾功能不全组明显 ,Apo B在慢性肾功能衰竭组下降 ,其余各组升高。

To analyze the lipid profile changes in chronic glomerulonephritis of different renal function levels,total cholsteol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL ch),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL ch) apolipoprotein AI(ApoAⅠ) and apolipoportein B (ApoB) and A/B were assessed.Comparing with control group.The results showed that TG、LDL ch increased,ApoAⅠ、HDL ch decreased.All the changes were in four test groups,and these changes was very marked in renal function decreased groups.ApoB in chronic renal failure decreased and other groups increased.This article discusses the processes of lipid profile changes in chronic glomerulonephnitis and the happening of atherosclerosis clinical significance.
