椎弓根钉槽形钢板内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折并截瘫的研究

Research on the Internal Fixation of Nailing Trough Steel Plate into Pedical of Vertebral Arch to Treat Fracture of Thoracolumbar Vertebrae Combined with Paraplegia

采用椎弓根钉槽形钢板内固定治疗 2 0例胸腰椎骨折并截瘫患者。术后经半年至 2年随访 ,全部病例后突畸形基本纠正 ,7例骨折脱位获得良好复位 ,合并脊髓损伤也有不同程度恢复。笔者对该装置的复位固定机理进行分析 ,认为此固定器能对脊柱三维矫形与固定符合脊柱生物力学要求 ,是一种理想的内固定器。强调掌握正确进钉点。

To adopt the internal fixation of nailing trough steel plate into pedicle of vertebral arch to treat 20 cases of fracture of thoracolumbar vertebrae combined with paraplegia.Postoperative 1/2~1 year follow up showed that the deformity of posterior process was corrected basically of all the cases,fracture and dislocation of 7 cases were properly reduced,and spinal cord injury showed different degrees of recovery.The mechanism of reposition and fixation of this apparatus was analysed.The authors consider that this fixator shows three dimension orthopedics and fixation for the spine,conforming to the requirement of spine biomechanics,it is an ideal internal fixator.To master the proper needle insertion point,direction and handfeel is the key of successful operation.
