Intital analysis on main points of generation projects by municipal wastes in feasibility study

填埋气发电和焚烧发电是垃圾综合利用的两种主要方式,在项目可行性研究工作中应充分考虑拟建地的基础条件,因地制宜地确定项目建设类型。结合工程实例,重点分析了两类项目在可行性研究阶段应关注的主要外部条件,包括项目燃料资源供应和利用、环境保护、上网电价的确定以及所面临的风险等方面,以期为项目建设提供更全面、科学的决策依据。

Landfill gas power generation and incineration power generation are two main ap- proaches of comprehensive utilization by municipal wastes. The basic conditions of quasi building land should be considered in order to determine the suitable power generation type at the stage of feasibility study. In this paper, the major external conditions including fuel resources supply and utilization, environment protection, electricity price and risks for each way of power generation have been analysed combined with examples. Hopefully, more comprehensive and scientific deci- sion basis will be provided for project construction.
