饲用复合益生菌粉剂工业化生产技术研究

Study on the industrial production technology of feed grade compound probiotics powder

摘要 目的建立饲用枯草芽孢杆菌-嗜酸乳杆菌-酿酒酵母复合益生菌粉剂工业化生产线。方法采用液-固态二步发酵法扩增益生菌,采用低温抽湿法干燥益生菌,采用GMP规范控制杂菌污染。结果确立了饲用复合益生菌粉剂规模化、连续化、标准化生产工艺流程、设备设施和技术参数。结论本研究为饲用复合益生菌粉剂工业化生产提供了重要的数据、方法、规程和示范。 Objective To establish the industrial production line of feed grade compound probiotics powder of Bacillus subtilis, LactobaciUus acidophilus and Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Methods Liquid- and solid-state two step fermentation method was used to ampli- fy the probiotics. Low temperature baking and dehumidifying method was used to dry the probiotics powder. The GMP specification was used to control microbial contamination. Rusults The scale, standard and continuous production process, equipments and technical pa- rameters for the production of feed grade compound probiotics powder had been identified. Conclusion The result of this study provides important data, method, procedure and demonstration for industrial production of feed grade compound probiotics powder.
