多药耐药鲍氏不动杆菌外排泵adeA基因的检测及分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的了解多药耐药鲍氏不动杆菌(MDRAB)临床分离菌株的耐药性,并检测其外排泵adeA基因的携带状况。方法收集医院135株MDRAB临床分离菌株,采用纸片扩散法对135株MDRAB进行药物敏感试验,并采用聚合酶链式反应法(PCR)扩增外排泵adeA基因。结果 135株MDRAB对头孢唑林和呋喃妥因耐药率均为100.0%,对亚胺培南、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦的耐药率分别为80.0%、60.7%,对其他抗菌药物的耐药率均较高,仅对阿米卡星较敏感,敏感率为79.3%;135例MDRAB中adeA基因检测共有127株阳性,阳性率为94.0%。结论MDRAB呈现严重的多药耐药,主动外排泵系统是MDRAB临床分离菌株产生多药耐药性的主要机制之一。 OBJECTIVE To understand the drug resistance of the clinical isolates of multidrug-resistant Acinetobact- erbaumannii(MDR-ABA) and detect the efflux pump adeA gene. METHODS A total of 135 strains of clinical isolates of MDR-ABA were collected from the hospital, the drug susceptibility testing was performed for the 135 strains of MDR-ABA by disc diffusion method, and the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method was employed to amplify the efflux pump adeA gene. RESULTS The drug resistant rates of the 135 strains of MDR-ABA to cefazo- lin and nitrofurantoin were 100.0%, 80.0% to imipenem, and 60.7% to cefoperazone-sulbactam, and the strains were highly resistant to other antibiotics. The strains were only sensitive to amikacin with the drug susceptibility rate of 79.3 %. Of totally 35 strains of MDR-ABA, there were 127 strains with the adeA gene tested positive, the positive rate was 94.0%. CONCLUSION The multidrug-resistant A. baumannii strains are highly muhidrug-re- sistant, and the active efflux pump system is one of the main mechanisms of multidrug-resistance in the clinical isolates.
