酸性氧化电位水手部与皮肤消毒的现场试验研究 被引量:5

On-site test of effect of acidic electrolyzed-oxidizing water on disinfection of hands and skin

摘要 目的通过现场试验研究,进一步验证酸性氧化电位水(酸化水)对手和皮肤的消毒效果,为临床选择良好的手部和皮肤消毒剂提供依据。方法选择医护人员、陪护及家属30人为受试者,采用酸化水对手和前臂皮肤进行消毒处理,作用1min后采样,培养后进行细菌计数,计算杀灭对数值,评价处理效果;并与75%乙醇进行消毒效果比较,同时在处理过程中观察皮肤反应。结果在手卫生消毒试验中,酸化水、75%乙醇试验组的阳性对照组菌含量对数值分别为1.95~3.83、1.85~3.62,经消毒处理后,平均杀灭对数值分别为2.50、2.65;皮肤消毒试验阳性对照组菌含量对数值为1.90~4.30,酸化水、75%乙醇消毒平均杀灭对数值分别为2.38、2.42;酸化水对手部和前臂皮肤的自然菌消毒合格;与75%乙醇比较差异无统计学意义;消毒后手部的细菌菌落总数<10CFU/cm2;酸化水未引起皮肤局部反应,而1例受试者对75%乙醇过敏。结论酸性氧化电位水对手部和皮肤的消毒效果良好,且无不良反应发生,可在临床推广应用。 OBJECTIVE To verify the effect of acidic electrolyzed-oxidizing water (AEOW) on the disinfection of hands and skin through the on-site test so as to provide the basis for selecting good hand antiseptic agent and skin disinfectant. METHODS Totally 30 subjects were randomly selected from the health care workers, the nurses, and the patients families. Their hands and forearm ulnar skin were disinfected by acidic electrolyzed-oxidizing water, then the hands and skin were sampled 1 minute after the action and were finally cultured to count the bacterial colony counts so as to evaluate the disinfection outcomes. At the same time, the disinfection effect was compared with the 75% ethanol's, and the skin reactions were observed. RESULTS In the test of antiseptic handrubbing, the logarithm values of bacterial content of positive control group of AEOW and 75% ethanol were 1.95±3.83 and 1.85±3.62, respectively, and after the disinfection, the average killing logarithm values were 2.50 and 2.65, respectively. Inthe test of skin disinfection, the logarithm value of bacterial content of the positive control group was 1.90±4.30, and after the disinfection, the average killing logarithm values were 2.38 and 2.42, respective- ly. So, AEOW was qualified for the clinical disinfection, and there was no significant difference between the acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water and 75% ethanol. At the same time, the total bacterial colony counts on the hands was far less than 10 CFU/cm^2 after the disinfection the AEOW didn't cause skin allergic reactions, while there was one case with skin allergic reactions against 75% ethanol. CONCLUSION AEOW shows good effect of disinfection of hands and skin without allergic reactions occurring, thus it is worthy to be promoted in the clinical disinfection.
