Critical value electronic process control in prevention of multidrug-resistant bacteria infections

摘要 目的为及时、有效地预防和控制多药耐药菌(MDROs)在医院内的交叉传播,保障医疗安全,探讨科学的流程管控模式。方法将MDROs感染病例,通过医院信息系统,以危急值报告形式进行电子化流程管理,包括制定MDROs危急值的范围、设定电脑系统管理程序、进行人员培训等。结果实行MDROs危急值电子化管理控制后,缩短了MDROs危急值的报告与处置时间,漏报、漏登、迟报、差错等大幅减少,MDROs预防控制措施落实的及时性明显提高,防止了MDROs的暴发流行,提高了医院感染管理质量。结论 MDROs危急值电子化流程管控的实施,在MDROs早发现、早控制中起到了关键作用,对降低MDROs的感染暴发流行、保障患者的就医安全具有重要意义。 OBJECTIVE To effectively prevent and control the cross transmission of multidrug-resistant bacteria (MDROs) in the hospital so as to ensure the safety of medical treatment and discuss the scientific process control mode. METHODS The electronic process management with the report forms of critical value was carried out for the cases with MDRO infections through the hospital information system, including setting the range of MDRO critical value, setting the computer system management procedures, and conducting the personnel training. RESULTS After the implementation of the critical value electronic control for MDROs, it has shortened the time of MDRO critical value report and the disposal time arid had greatly reduce the missing report, missing registration, delayed report, or report errors; to carryout the prevention and control measures of MDROs in a timely manner has prevented the MDROs from outbreak and prevalence, improving the quality of control of nosocomial infec- tions. CONCLUSION The implementation of critical value electronic process control plays an key role in the early discover and early control of MDROs, and it is of great significance in reducing the outbreak and prevalence of MDROs infections and ensuring the safety of medical treatment.
