摘要
针对大容量远距离输电系统充电功率大,无功电压控制困难特点,提出了高抗和低压无功补偿配置原则及方法。分析了电压控制需要考虑的技术问题,如无功补偿设备投切策略、稳态过电压措施、应用可控高抗调压等。提出了特高压试验示范工程无功补偿及电压控制方案,结合甘肃酒泉风电外送系统研究了可控高抗配置方案配置方法。
In view of such features of large-scale long-distance AC transmission system as high charging power and difficulty in reactive power and voltage control, a configuration principle for controllable shunt reactor and low-voltage reactive power compensation equipments is proposed, and the technical problems to be consider for voltage control such as switching strategy of reactive power compensation equipments, steady-sate voltage control measures, application of controllable shunt reactors and so on are analyzed. A reactive power compensation and voltage control scheme for UHVAC transmission pilot project is put forward, and considering actual condition of Gansu transmission system sending out wind power generated by wind farm base in Jiuquan, Gansu province, a configuration scheme for controllable shunt reactor is researched.
