摘要
[目的]研究芳酰腈化合物的合成新方法。[方法]在三氟甲磺酸钐的催化下,芳酰氯与氰化钠反应得到相应的芳酰腈类化合物。[结果]最佳条件下,芳酰腈类化合物的收率达90%左右,纯度98%以上。[结论]该路线反应条件温和,选择性高,无需使用相转移催化剂,为芳酰腈类化合物提供了一种实用的新合成方法。
[Aims] The paper aims to study a new synthetic method of aromatic acyl cyanides. [Methods] Catalyzed by Sm(OTf)3, aromatic acyl chlorides was reacted with sodium cyanide to give aromatic acyl cyanides. [Results] Under the optimal reaction conditions, the yields and purities of aromatic acyl products reached about 90% and above 98% respectively. [Conclusions] It is a novel practical method to prepare aromatic acyl cyanides, with mild reaction conditions and high selectivity, and without the use of phase transfer catalyst.
