摘要
[目的]研究不同土壤类型、土壤微生物及含水量对烟田土壤中乙草胺降解的影响。[方法]采用实验室模拟方法研究乙草胺在不同土壤中的降解动态。[结果]土壤类型、土壤微生物和含水量均可影响土壤中乙草胺降解。在黄红壤和赤红壤中降解最适土壤湿度为60%;在黄红壤和赤红壤中半衰期(t1/2)为5.1、7.92 d;灭菌黄红壤和赤红壤中t1/2为16.5、21.8 d。[结论]微生物降解是乙草胺在土壤中的主要降解途径之一,黄红壤中的降解速率快于赤红壤。
[Aims] It was to research the degradation of acetochlor under different soil types, soil microorganism and moisture content. [Methods] The degradation dynamic of acetochlor in soils from different climatic zone of China was studied in lab. [Results] The degradation of acetochlor in soil was affected by soil types, soil microbe and moisture content. The optimum soil humidity to the degradation of acetochlor in yellow-red soil and latosolic red soil were 60%. The half life value of acetochlor(t1/2) in red-yellow soil and latosolic red soil were 5.1 and 7.92 d. The t1/2 were 16.5 and 21.8 d in sterilized soil, correspondingly. [Conclusions] The degradation of acetochlor in soil was induced by microbe, the degradation rate of acetochlor in latosolic red soil was lower than in red-yellow soil.
