助剂对甲基二磺隆防除节节麦的增效作用及增效机制 被引量:11

Synergism of Adjuvants on Mesosulfuron-methyl in Controlling Aegilops tauschii and its Mechanism

摘要 [目的]明确不同助剂对甲基二磺隆防除节节麦的增效作用及增效机制。[方法]采用室内生物测定法研究了4种助剂对甲基二磺隆防除节节麦的增效作用及助剂对药液物理性状的影响。[结果]供试的4种助剂对甲基二磺隆均有显著的增效作用,其中酯化植物油助剂增效作用最大,酯化植物油1#使甲基二磺隆13.5 g a.i./hm2对节节麦的防效提高了46.2%。酯化植物油助剂显著降低了药液的表面张力,提高其在节节麦叶片表面的持留量和扩展直径。[结论]助剂对药液物理性状的改变与其对甲基二磺隆增效作用有一定的相关性。 [Aims] The paper aims to clear the synergism of adjuvants on mesosulfuron-methyl in controlling Aegilops tauschii and the synergism mechanism. [Methods] Greenhouse studies were conducted to evaluate the synergism ofadjuvants on mesosulfuron-methyl in controlling Aegilops tauschii and the change of physical characteristics in spraying solution. [Results] Results showed that the tested adjuvants all increased the control efficacy of mesosulfuron-methyl onAegilops tauschii obviously. Methylated seed oil (MSO) 1# showed the best synergism, which made efficacy increase by 46.2% against Aegilops tauschii at 13.5 g a.i./ha, reduced evidently surface tension, and improved augment spreadingdiameters and leaf retention. [Conclusions] There were some relationships between the change of physical characteristics in spraying solution and the enhancement effect on mesosulfuron-methyl.
