随着国际社会对科学数据共享价值的广泛认同和科学数据共享实践的深入开展,一些国家和机构层面的科学数据共享活动急需相关政策的指导和成功经验的借鉴。对国际科技合作组织有关科学数据共享的行动、会议与政策声明等实践成果进行调研考察,以期为我国的科学数据共享实践提供借鉴和指导。参考文献19。

In recent years, the scientific data is increasingly recognized as a kind of valuable research resource that should be made publicly available over time to ensure that their potential value can be realized. With the development of data sharing practice, national and institutional data sharing practices are badly in need of poli- cies and practice cases as reference. In this paper, the author focuses on the initiatives, conferences, policies and statements about scientific data sharing practices made by international organizations, then gives some sug- gestions to the data sharing practice in China.
