摘要 为了使LED投影光源的质量在生产中得以保证,针对其光源亮度均匀性的检测问题,利用Lab-VIEW虚拟仪器开发工具,根据光敏二极管电阻随着光照强度的不同,而形成电流大小不同的特性,设计了一种基于STC12C5A32S2新型高性能单片机的检测系统,详述了其软硬件系统的设计方案.经过一系列的调试实验,解决了LED投影光源亮度均匀性的检测问题[1-2]. In order to guarantee the LED projection light quality in production, according to the characteris- tic of photodiode forming different current with different illumination intensity, we designed a light brightness uniformity detection system based on a new high performance microprocessor STC12C5A32S2. This paper de- scribes the hardware and software design in detail. After a series of debugging experiments, the LED projec- tion light brightness uniformity detection problem is solved successfully finally.
