摘要
目的了解婚前保健服务对象满意度和影响因素,为提高婚前保健服务质量提供依据。方法采用分层随机抽样方法,抽取福建省福州市、莆田市、三明市、鼓楼区、晋江市、石狮市、芗城区、大田县、沙县9家婚检机构参与婚检的830人进行调查。结果满意度各指标平均分为(4.51±0.65)分,满意率最低的后5位依次为交通便利78.0%(647/830)、候诊条件86.1%(715/830)、候诊时间87.5%(726/830)、宣教40 min 87.8%(729/830)、及时出报告88.1%(731/830);不同性别、居住地、年龄的婚检服务对象平均分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论婚检服务对象对婚前保健服务的总体评价较高,但婚检工作仍存在一些薄弱环节,婚前保健服务过程中尤其要关注女性、居住在乡村的服务对象。
Objective To investigate the satisfaction to and influencing factors of premarital care service in Fujian province and to provide evidence for the development of premarital care services. Methods A total of 830 people taking premarital physical examination in Fuzhou, Putian, Sanming, Jinjiang, and Shishi city, Gulou and Xiangcheng district, Datian and Shaxian county were randomly selected and surveyed with a questionnaire. Results The average satisfaction score was 4.51±0.65. The five aspects with the lower score were convenience of transportation (78 %, 647/830), waiting condition (86.1%, 715/830), waiting time (87.5 %, 726/830), propaganda and education (87.8 %, 729/830), and timely report (88.1% ,731/830). The average scores were significantly different among the participants of different sex, residence and age (P 〈 0.05 for all). Conclusion The people taking premarital care services were satistaction to the premarital care services. But the premarital care service needs to be improved in some aspects such as the service for the female and rural residents.
