同源异型盒基因Dlx5在氟中毒骨代谢中作用 被引量:4

摘要 氟是人体必需微量元素之一,是一种已知可影响骨形成的非激素因子,适量氟对人体具有重要生理功能,但长期摄人过量氟可引起以氟斑牙和氟骨症为主的慢性全身性疾病。成骨细胞活跃和骨转换加速是氟骨症特征性病变[1-2]。通过转录因子调节基因表达是控制细胞功能的重要机制之一,随着基因技术不断发展,在骨骼发育过程中关键转录因子也逐渐被发现,其中有些发挥着决定性作用。本文通过对Dlx5与骨代谢及氟骨症关系研究进展做一综述,为氟骨症防治提供参考依据。
