自密实混凝土抗氯离子渗透性的影响因素研究 被引量:7

摘要 研究了聚合物胶乳、增稠剂、聚合物纤维等对自密实混凝土渗透性能的影响。结果表明:随胶乳掺量增加,自密实混凝土56 d电通量值降低,抗渗性逐渐提高;高黏度增稠剂降低混凝土抗渗性,而低黏度增稠剂提高混凝土抗渗性能,两者电通量值相差约65%;加入聚丙烯纤维能降低自密实混凝土的电通量值,且长纤维的降低幅度略大;电通量值和氯离子扩散系数表明,聚合物改性自密实混凝土具有良好抗渗性能,其抗渗性与其含气量大小无相关性。 The permeability of self-compacting concrete ( SCC ) were studied, which modified by polymer latex, thickening agent, polymer fiber.The results showed that the SCC 56 d electric flux reduced with dosage of latex increase, and impermeability improve gradually; high viscous thickener decreased and low viscous thickener improved the impermeability of SCC, their electric flux quantitative difference is about 65% ; Polypropylene fiber could decrease electric flux of SCC, and long fiber reduce slightly more; Electric flux and chloride ion permeability coefficient showed that the polymer latex modified SCC has good impermeability, and no correlation with air content.
