摘要
通过对两种不同分布方式的钢纤维改性橡胶混凝土的力学性能试验,探讨了钢纤维的两种分布方式及钢纤维体积率对橡胶混凝土力学性能的影响。结果表明:掺入层布式钢纤维对橡胶混凝土的影响表现为立方体抗压强度显著降低、劈裂抗拉强度影响不大以及抗折强度的显著提高;而全掺式钢纤维对橡胶混凝土的立方体抗压强度影响不大,对劈裂抗拉强度及抗折强度有显著提高,并随着钢纤维体积率的增大而增大。
The mechanical properties of rubber concrete modified by steel fibers with two different distribution modes were tested and analyzed, including the influence of the distribution modes and the fraction of steel fiber volume.Test results showed that the compressive strength of rubber concrete modified by layered steel fibers was decreased obviously, the splitting strength changed little and the flexural strength increased significantly.While the compressive strength of rubber concrete modified by uniformly distributed steel fibers had little change, the splitting strength and the flexural strength were improved significantly as the increase of the fraction of steel fiber volume.
