植生混凝土用多孔混凝土的制备技术研究

Research on preparation technology of porous concrete for planting eco-concrete

多孔混凝土作为植生混凝土的骨架,是制备植生混凝土的关键一步,为此从配合比设计、搅拌工艺、养护工艺等方面开展了对植生混凝土用多孔混凝土的研究。经大量试验,确定了使用比表面积法设计植生混凝土用多孔混凝土的配合比。通过对原材料投料顺序、搅拌时间、投料量等搅拌工艺的研究,确定了裹浆法为多孔混凝土的搅拌方法。夏季多孔混凝土浇筑后,可采用薄膜覆盖方式进行养护,但要注意洒水时间和洒水方式,冬季养护要注意保温。

Porous concrete as the skeleton of planting eco-concrete was a key step for preparing planting eco-concrete.So carried out researching on the porous concrete for planting eco-concrete from the aspects of the mix design, mixing technology, curing process.Over a large number of tests, specific surface area method was identified for mixture design of porous concrete for planting eco-concrete.Based on the research of raw material feeding sequence, mixing time, feeding amount, coat mortar method was the mixing method for porous concrete.After porous concrete pouring on summer,porous concrete was cured by the film,but payed attention to watering time and way and payed attention to insulation on winter.
