摘要 探讨了多孔膨胀珍珠岩轻集料混凝土分层离析产生的原因,采用掺入适量粉煤灰、高效外加剂并对多孔膨胀珍珠岩进行预湿处理等技术措施有效防止了轻集料混凝土的分层离析,配制出了具有优良工作性和匀质性,不离析、低收缩,易于浇筑和开挖的CL5~CL10多孔膨胀珍珠岩低强轻集料混凝土。 It discussed about the reason of segregation of porous expanded perlite lightweight aggregate concrete, the segregation problem of the lightweight concrete has been resolved successfully by adding fly ash, high performance admixture and porous expansive perlite pre-wetting and other technical measures, the porous expanded perlite lightweight concrete CL5-CL10 was prepared with good workability and uni fortuity, no segregation, ease of casting and excavation.
