摘要
通过分析中国汽车动力总成节能环保的主要课题,阐述了目前汽车动力总成产品的主要技术,并结合国内汽车行业发展趋势,基于平台化、系列化、低成本、高适配配性的考虑,梳理出一套适合于整车厂采用的微型汽油机平台发展规划方案。以一款小型汽油机的开发为例,通过合理的配置及标定,使发动机全负荷最低燃油消耗率达到同级别发动机的领先水平,满足国家第Ⅲ阶段燃油消耗率和国-Ⅳ排放法规要求,其整体水平优于国内同类产品。
Main topics of domestic auto powertrain industry, energy conservation and environmental protection, expounded its important technique in current, and forecast the development trend of domestic auto industry were analyzed. Based on consideration of the platformization, serialization, low cost and high adaptability, a platform planning scheme suitable to vehicle works for developing the miniature gasoline engine was submitted. As an example of practical applieation, in a small gasoline engine development project, through reasonable configuration and calibration, engine min. SFC in full load conditions reaches outstanding level of same rank engine, meeting China III phase SFC specifications and China IV emission regulations. The prototype overall performance is at the leading position of domestic products.
