蛇纹石尾矿中镁和镍的资源化利用 被引量:5

摘要 采用氯化焙烧法从蛇纹石尾矿中回收镁和镍,并在物相分析基础上对焙烧过程进行热力学计算。考察了尾矿粒度、氯化铵与尾矿质量比、焙烧时间、焙烧温度对镁和镍浸出率的影响。结果表明,当尾矿粒度为100目、氯化铵与尾矿质量比为1∶1、焙烧时间为60min、焙烧温度为550℃时,镁和镍的浸出率分别为92.37%和85.23%。浸出液经除杂、沉淀得到氢氧化镁和氢氧化镍产品,纯度分别为93.63%和80.22%。经计算,蛇纹石尾矿中镁和镍的总回收率分别为90.32%和81.71%。 Magnesium and nickel were extracted from serpentine railings by chlorination roasting method, based on phase characterization of serpentine tailings, the thermodynamic analysis of roasting process was done. The effects of par- ticle size, the mass ratio of NH4Cl and ore, roasting temperature, roasting time were discussed. The optimal conditions were as follows: the particle size was 100 mesh, mass ratio of NH4Cl and ore was 1 : 1, roasting time was 60 min, roast- ing temperature was 550 ℃, the leaching rate of magnesium and nickel were 92. 37% and 85.23% under the optimum conditions. Purity were 93.63% and 80.22% of Mg(OH)2and Ni(OH)2after purifying and precipitating. The total re- covery rate of Mg and Ni were 90. 32% and 81.71% in serpentine tailings.
